Working principle:
Powder material is continuously added into the machine by calibrated feeder set on the top of pelletizer. Functioned by air force and the mechanical force produced by the high-speed turning parts with stirring teeth, powder material is fully touched with adhesion agent (usually water) which is sprayed into the machine, continuously achieving the processes of mixing, pelletizing and co***cting. At last the needed ball-shape grains are acquired and pelletizing is achieved.
